These terms and conditions is the legal agreement between you and Kalinaw Business Services, Inc.

These terms and conditions will have other terminologies that have the same meaning as the words stated above. These include, but are not limited to, singular or plural form in nature, a derivative of, or of similar function to the terminologies above.
Kalinaw Business Services, Inc. owns and operates Printer Joe. Printer Joe is a technology product aiming to provide a platform to connect customers with printer partners who provide on demand document printing services. The printer partners may then appoint delivery service providers to transport said documents to the customers, if applicable to the print request. Printer Joe itself offers neither document-printing services, nor does it offer courier delivery services. However, Kalinaw Business Services, Inc. may operate as a printer partner in the Printer Joe platform.
It is up to the printer partner to offer and provide document-printing services, and to contract courier delivery services to deliver said the documents. The company will not assess the legality, capability, and sustainability of the printer partners, as well as the delivery service provider. The company is not responsible nor liable for any violation of the printer partners’ and delivery service providers’ compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Each printer partner offers and provides document-printing services to you, and it is up to you to accept their own terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be available in each of the printer partner’s website and it is up to you to read and agree with each one of them. These printer partners operate independently of the company. Each printer partner may commission third party delivery service providers to render their service.
Each third party delivery service provider also has their own terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be available in the delivery service provider’s website, and it is up to you to read and agree with each one of them. These delivery service providers operate independently of the company.
By accessing the service, application, website, or software, you represent, warrant, and undertake that:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your delivery details. The company shall not be liable in the event of late or failure of delivery of documents due to incomplete and/or incorrect details.
After delivery of the printed documents, you are solely responsible and liable for any loss, damage to the documents, whether caused directly or indirectly, by you or any other person acting in your behalf.
You agree to full responsibility and liability for any loss or damage sustained by you, the printer partners, delivery service provider, the company, or any other third party as a result in the breach of these terms and conditions.
The platform allows you to place orders for document printing services from Printer Partners. When applicable, delivery partners will then pick-up the said orders from Printer Partners and deliver them to the customers.
All orders recorded though the platform are considered final. Upon successful booking, the printing service provider and/or the delivery service provider may call you on the mobile phone or telephone number provided in your user profile for further clarifications, confirmation of bookings, or any changes in the order, price and/or delivery time. The company is not responsible for any arrangement between you and the printer partners and/or delivery service providers made outside of the platform, or any arrangement not recorded in the platform.
The company, printing service provider, and/or delivery service provider reserves the right to cancel your order in the event that you are contacted and deemed unreachable by mobile phone or telephone. In such cases, the cancellation provisions below shall apply.
There may be instances when prices for printing services and/or delivery fees reflected in the platform are incorrect due to reasons such as technical issue, typographical issue, or outdated product information. In such cases, the printing service provider and/or delivery service provider may cancel your order.
All orders made though the platform are final. If you wish to cancel your order, you may still liable to pay both the printer provider and the delivery service provider, especially once the order was printed and/or the delivery on its way to you. You will communicate directly with the printer partner to resolve any dispute regarding your booking.
The company, printer provider and/or delivery service provider has the right not to proceed with your booking due to the following:
The printing service partners set the available modes of payment for bookings. You hereby warrant and agree that you have permission to use the account numbers for payment of the document printing services. You also warrant and agree to the separate terms and conditions by these third party entities. The payment service providers may charge you with processing fee for the use of their service, international service fee, convenience fee, or any other fee that are deemed appropriate by the payment service providers. You are also solely responsible and liable for the disputes with these payment service providers on your own.
The printer partner shall purchase platform credits in order to confirm orders in the platform. The minimum purchase of platform credits is initially set to 100 pesos, with increments of 100 pesos. The available modes of payment for the purchase of credits may change, subject to notification within the platform. Printer partners hereby warrant and agree that they have permission to use the account numbers for payment of the platform credits. Printer partners also warrant and agree to the separate terms and conditions by these third party entities. The payment service providers may charge the printer partners with processing fee for the use of their service, international service fee, convenience fee, or any other fee that are deemed appropriate by the payment service providers. The printer partners are also solely responsible and liable for the disputes with these payment service providers on their own.
PrinterJoe.com charges a fee for all successful transactions completed in the Site, collectively called as platform fees. The platform fee is charged to the printer partner, and is calculated as four percent (4%), rounded to the nearest peso, or 5 pesos, whichever is higher, of the value of each successful transaction. The billing transaction summary found on the order details page will be the basis of the value of each successful transaction. The platform fee is inclusive of value-added tax. PrinterJoe.com shall issue receipts or tax invoices for the platform fee upon request, sent via the registered email of the printer partner.
The minimum printer partner credits, credit increments and platforms fees are subject to change upon discretion of PrinterJoe.com. Any changes shall be updated in the platform as necessary.
For printer partners located outside of the Philippines, additional cross border fees will apply. The cross border fees is charged to the printer partner, and is calculated according to the rates as notified to the printer partners from time to time on the platform.
For every successful completion of a transaction, PrinterJoe.com shall deduct the transaction fee and the cross border fee (where applicable) from the printer partner’s credits. Once the credit balance of the printer partner falls below zero, the printer partners will not be able to confirm succeeding orders until they have topped up their credits to a value more than zero.
This agreement is subject to all prevailing taxes, duties, fees, changes and costs, in any currency, mandated by law. Any future taxes, duties, fees, changes and costs, is also subject to this agreement, and will be applied at any time as required by law.
The Company hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-assignable, personal, limited license to use the platform and/or the Software, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
You have no rights granted without the expressed, written consent of the company.
All documents uploaded through our platform will be retained for 14 days only. After which, these will be automatically deleted from the platform 14 days after completion of booking (14 days after you have received the order). These uploaded documents are your intellectual and PrinterJoe.com, Kalinaw Business Services, Inc., and its third party service providers are given limited license to possess, store, and print these uploaded documents to fulfill our aim to provide you to complete the service requested.
We do not control the possession, storage and use of our third party service providers. We exclude and disclaim all conditions, representations, and warranties in the highest, maximum extent related to the possession, storage and misuse of your documents by our third party service providers.
You agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold the Company, and its officers, directors, members, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any, and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs and/or regulatory action, from or in connection with the following to the fullest extent of the law:

We exclude and disclaim all conditions, representations, and warranties in the highest, maximum extent.
You acknowledge and agree that all risks arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to, third party document printing services, third party delivery of documents are entirely your own and have no repercussions to the company.
Any claims against the company by you shall be limited to the amount you have paid or the amount that is due to the company for utilizing the platform for the specific booking/s only. The company shall not be liable to any direct, indirect, future, incidental, consequential or any other future damages or loss that may arise from the use of the platform. The company shall also not be liable for the damage, directly or indirectly, to you or any of our third party printing service providers and delivery transport providers.
The company shall not assess the quality, reliability, legality, sustainability of any of our third party document printing service providers and transport delivery service providers.
The company may give notices to you via the application or the email address you have provided upon registration. These said notices considered as given to you one hour after sending. Any notice to be sent by you to the company should be coursed through the contact details as provided in the platform.
The laws of the Philippines govern these terms and conditions. The courts of the Philippines, its arbitration center in Mandaluyong and using the English language, shall be the venue for any disputes, actions, or claims. Both parties will shoulder their respective arbitration fees, if needed.
Any correspondence and contacts between you and the company will use only the English or Filipino Language.
